A USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medalist with Distinction, CDI competitor, mentor and coach, Jess is a lifelong equestrian who quite literally grew up on the back of a horse. Competing professionally since age 6, Jess has visited many nooks and crannies of the equestrian world throughout her life. These various experiences in disciplines and events influenced her strong passion for good horsemanship that she found to be what connects us all together as individuals who love horses - no matter your horse or the saddle you’re sitting in. 

After discovering her personal passion for competitive dressage at age 17, Jess’ all-in mentality shone a spotlight on top level aspirations and achievements. “Why not Me?” 

Seeking out the best trainers available and willing to help her, Jess was able to apply her previous experience in training and competition to her new skills as a dressage trainer, and within 5 years of making her first centerline, Jess was piloting her own horse towards 70% in the national Grand Prix, and a year later making her CDI debut. Jess has since developed a reputation in the dressage community for her kindness, honesty, and for holding good horsemanship at the top of her training priorities.

While still a young 29 years old, you’ll find Jess to be a compassionate and articulate instructor of both horse and human, never wavering from her deep roots and fundamentals of thoughtful horse training.
